Red Oak Boutique Beer Café has announced some new brews to keep punters warm over the cold months.

Their Winter Lager has “subtle malt characteristics and light bitterness”. Or for those who prefer something more challenging the Chateau Sour is a Belgium-style sour with a strong aroma of fruits such as plum, cherry and raisins. Also for the sour fans is their new Saison with “a hint of banana and apricots” and “a tart dryness to the palette”. And last up is the Chateau Blonde with “very strong flavour profiles of sweet maltness which open up to light stone fruits and caramels”.
