With the recent purchase of 25 per cent of shares by Woolworths, they are able to invest in the brewery and range, whilst providing contracted beers to Woolworths. Its Atomic American Style Pale Ale pours crystal clear bronze with a fi nely beaded white foam. Utilising American Citra hop along with another American hop, Ahtanum, the aroma delivers fruity hints of grapefruit, lychee and apricot. A well-balanced palate continues to provide fruitiness and a touch of light malt is rounded out with a soft bitterness.
